Elastomers
TPUElastomerFlexibleMJF

Flexible, abrasion-resistant elastomer for gaskets, grips, and shock-absorbing parts.

TPU 95A is the most-used flexible material on powder-bed and FDM platforms. It bends, returns, and resists abrasion better than most rubbers, while being processable like a thermoplastic.

Specifying it on Uretyco

  1. 1
Pick TPU 95A from the dropdown

Default flexible material; harder/softer variants available.

  2. 2
    Design with TPU rules

Avoid wall thickness above 4 mm — risk of unfused powder pockets in MJF.

  3. 3
    Specify color

Black is the most stable; tints available with longer lead time.

  4. 4
    Plan post-processing

    Vapor smoothing improves cosmetic uniformity.
