Precision Assembly & QA Services
Share critical dimensions, tolerances and required report coverage. Measurement methods, sample quantities and documentation are agreed against the technical order scope.
Value-Added Services
Assembly, inspection documents and packaging alongside manufacturing.
Precision Assembly
Assembly of multi-part products with hardware integration, agreed per order.
CMM Inspection
Coordinate measuring against CAD models; CMM reports on request.
First Article (FAI)
First article inspection reports (FAIR) on request; requires a ballooned drawing.
Custom Packaging
Packaging requirements are set in the order; Uretyco packs and ships approved parts.

Data-Driven Quality Management
Quality Planning
CTQ dimensions based on drawings.
Production Proof
Partners submit measurements and photos before shipping, so deviations are caught early.
Final Verification
Visual check and sample measurement of critical dimensions; extended inspection on request.
COC & Documentation
CoC, measurement reports and material certificates on request.
The Digital Machine Shop
Combine quoting, material selection and production coordination in Türkiye in one digital workflow.
Process, material and tolerance requirements are reviewed for each part. Specify special inspection or documentation needs in your quote notes.
Uretyco quality control on every order.
Partners submit production proof before shipping. On receipt, Uretyco inspects the parts with a visual check and sample measurement of critical dimensions against the approved file, then approves them, sends them for rework or orders a remake.

Where do I start when ordering a custom part?
Start by uploading your file for a prototype or repeat production. Your production choices and technical requirements are reviewed together.
Share critical dimensions, tolerances and required report coverage. Measurement methods, sample quantities and documentation are agreed against the technical order scope.
Files and technical requirements
Use STEP or a suitable CAD model for 3D parts, STL for 3D printing and DXF for cut sheet metal. Specify critical dimensions, threads, tolerances and surface requirements in a technical drawing. Check supported formats at the upload step.
Material, quantity and price
Material grade, geometry, quantity, tolerances, finishing and inspection requirements affect price. Select material and production options in the quote flow and add special requirements in the notes.
Production and estimated delivery
Lead time depends on process, capacity, material sourcing, quality inspection and transport planning. Check the estimated delivery in your quote and follow updates on your project page after ordering.
