What lead times can I expect?
Delivery depends on process, materials, available capacity, quality inspection and transport. Your quote shows estimated delivery; your project page shows the updated plan after ordering.
Do you sign NDAs before I upload?
Customer CAD is treated as confidential by default. It is shared only with the few matched partners who quote or produce the part, via short-lived signed links and under the Uretyco NDA. Partners never see your name or contact details. For confidentiality questions before you upload, write to info@urety.co.
Where do you manufacture?
Parts are made by our manufacturing partners in Türkiye, pass Uretyco quality control and are shipped to you by Uretyco. Our service market is Türkiye.
How do I track an order?
Every order has a timeline in your dashboard with its production stages, the quality-control step and the shipment tracking number. Email and in-app notifications keep you up to date.
