What lead times can I expect?
Standard CNC parts ship in 5–7 business days; expedite options bring this down to 2–3. MJF/SLS turnarounds run 5–10 business days. Lead times are visible per quote.
Do you sign NDAs before I upload?
Customer CAD is treated as confidential by default and shared only with the partner producing the part, under back-to-back NDA. Custom NDAs are accepted for enterprise customers — write to legal@urety.co.
Where do you manufacture?
Primarily in Türkiye, with selected partners in the EU, Eastern Europe, and APAC. The platform picks the best partner per order based on capability, capacity, and lead time.
How do I track an order?
Every order has a live timeline in your dashboard with milestones, machine logs (where available), inspection results, and shipping status. Email and in-app notifications keep you up to date.
