About Uretyco
Uretyco is a Türkiye-based digital manufacturing platform for custom parts. You upload a CAD file, get a quote and order CNC machined, 3D printed, sheet metal, cast or moulded parts online. Production is carried out by independent manufacturing partners in Türkiye, and every order passes Uretyco quality control before it is shipped to you.
Read more: What is Uretyco?Uretyco is operated by URETYCO TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. from Bilişim Vadisi in Gebze, Kocaeli. Its service market is Türkiye, and the platform is available in Turkish, English and German.
Read more: Where is Uretyco based? You get several manufacturing processes in one account, with geometry analysis, manufacturability warnings and a price as soon as you upload. Uretyco is the seller and your only contact, every order passes its quality control, and manufacturing partners never see your name, company, contact details or address.
Read more: What makes Uretyco different?Upload your files, choose process, material, finish and quantity, and review the quote. After you confirm and pay at checkout, Uretyco assigns a manufacturing partner, inspects the finished parts and ships them to you. You follow every stage on the order page.
Read more: How does ordering work?UretyInsight is Uretyco's AI assistant: it explains processes, materials, files and quotes and flags manufacturability risks. It does not decide for you; it changes data only after you confirm on an approval card, never makes payments, and prices always come from the pricing engine.
Read more: What is UretyInsight, and does it decide for me?No. Uretyco's official website is urety.co, and the company behind it is URETYCO TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ in Gebze, Kocaeli. It is not affiliated with other companies or platforms that have similar names.
Read more: Is Uretyco connected to companies with similar names? For customers
For anyone who needs custom parts: founders, product and hardware teams, engineers and designers, purchasing teams, students and creators without a technical background. Beginners get choices explained in plain language, and engineers can upload controlled CAD data, drawings and inspection requirements.
Read more: Who is Uretyco for?Yes. Uretyco works with individuals as well as companies, and you choose an individual or a corporate billing profile. As a consumer you keep your statutory rights: because parts are made to your files there is no right of withdrawal, but your rights for defective, missing or damaged parts always apply.
Read more: Can I order as an individual? The website and the Knowledge Base are available in Turkish, English and German, and UretyInsight answers in the language you write in. For legal documents governed by Turkish law, the Turkish text prevails.
Read more: Which languages does Uretyco support? No. Uploading files and getting a quote are free; you pay only when you confirm an order at checkout. The part price includes Uretyco's service fee, and shipping, packaging and selected documents are shown before you pay.
Read more: Does it cost anything to get a quote?Yes. Manufacturing partners see only what they need to quote and produce, never your name, company, contact details, address or the price you paid. Files are stored on Uretyco-managed servers in Istanbul and shared only through short-lived signed links, and every partner is bound by the Uretyco NDA.
Read more: Will my design stay confidential?Usually you do not need one: the confidentiality clauses of the Terms of Use apply to every order, and every manufacturing partner is bound by the Uretyco NDA. Business customers who need a separately signed NDA can request it at info@urety.co before sharing sensitive files; each request is reviewed case by case.
Read more: Does Uretyco sign NDAs?No. Customers and manufacturing partners are anonymous to each other, and all communication runs through Uretyco, which answers the partner's questions or asks you when your decision is needed. Sharing contact details or moving off the platform is blocked in the messaging system.
Read more: Can I talk to the manufacturer directly?Uretyco is the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). You can ask for information, correction or deletion and use your other rights under Art. 11 KVKK through the data subject rights page; Uretyco answers within 30 days at the latest, free of charge.
Read more: How is my personal data handled, and how do I use my rights? For a part you ordered, open a request on the part card in the order detail; for any other topic, create a support request in your account. You can also write to info@urety.co or call +90 554 234 82 16 on weekdays, 08:30–17:30. Consumers can also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Courts.
Read more: How do I send a complaint or a request?Manufacturing capacity
CNC machining (milling and turning), 3D printing (FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF and metal printing), sheet metal fabrication and laser cutting, injection moulding, silicone moulding, die casting and finishes such as anodizing, powder coating and plating. The quote engine scores each part against the processes that fit it and shows alternatives when the choice is a real tradeoff.
Read more: Which manufacturing processes do you offer?Common options include aluminium (6061, 6082, 7075), steels and stainless steel (304, 316), engineering plastics such as POM, PA, PC and PEEK, 3D printing materials such as PA12, PETG and resins, and elastomers such as TPU and silicone. You can name a specific grade or a performance requirement, and Uretyco checks availability and process fit for each part.
Read more: Which materials can you work with?An independent manufacturing partner in Türkiye that works as Uretyco's subcontractor and is matched by process capability, material access, capacity and quality history. The partner never sees your identity or contacts you, and it sends the parts to Uretyco for quality control, not to you.
Read more: Who manufactures my parts?Parts are made by manufacturing partners in Türkiye, inspected by Uretyco and shipped by Uretyco. Uretyco delivers to addresses in Türkiye, and the tracking number appears on your order.
Read more: Where are parts made, and where do you deliver?Yes. Quotes range from a single prototype through small batches and repeat orders to series production. CNC machining, 3D printing and sheet metal have no minimum quantity; for processes that need a tool, the quote shows the process minimum. As a planning guide, functional prototypes are typically 1 to 20 pieces and pilot batches 10 to 200; series production works best once files, requirements and quality scope are defined.
Read more: Can I order a single prototype as well as series production? No. Feasibility depends on geometry, material, process, partner capability and your requirements. Very large parts, uncommon alloys, very tight tolerances and other special requirements may go to technical review instead of getting an instant price, and any extra charge needs your approval before production.
Read more: Can Uretyco make any part?Processes and tolerances
Start from the use case, material, quantity, tolerance, surface finish and deadline rather than from a process name. Upload the model and describe how the part is used; where the geometry allows, Uretyco quotes the same part in several processes and explains the tradeoffs in cost, speed, strength and precision.
Read more: Which manufacturing process should I choose?CNC is usually better when you need real metal or engineering-plastic properties, threads, flat sealing faces, accurate holes or repeatable fits. 3D printing wins for fast iteration, complex or internal geometry, lightweight structures and low setup cost.
Read more: When is CNC machining better than 3D printing? When the design is frozen and the quantity justifies the tool, because changes after the mould is cut are expensive. Uretyco's guides put aluminium tooling at roughly 1,000–25,000 parts and hardened steel above about 25,000; below about 5,000 nylon parts, MJF or SLS printing is often cheaper.
Read more: When does injection moulding make sense?CNC metal parts follow ISO 2768-mK and plastic parts ISO 2768-cK; sheet metal gets ±0.1 mm on cut features, ±0.5 mm on bent dimensions and ±1° on bend angles. 3D printing follows ±0.3 mm or ±0.3 % for SLS/MJF, ±0.2 mm or ±0.2 % for SLA and ±0.5 mm or ±0.5 % for FDM, and injection moulding follows DIN ISO 20457 (formerly DIN 16742), TG6.
Read more: What tolerance applies if I do not specify one?Without a drawing tolerance, metal parts are machined to ISO 2768-1 class m, for example ±0.2 mm for sizes over 6 to 30 mm and ±0.3 mm over 30 to 120 mm. Tighter values and fits such as H7 are possible where geometry, material and partner capability allow, but only when they are on the drawing and accepted in the quote.
Read more: What is the tolerance for CNC machining?Put them on a PDF drawing and apply them only to functional features such as mating holes, bearing seats and sealing surfaces. Give fits as ISO 286 classes, threads with size, pitch and depth, and roughness as an Ra value; tolerances tighter than needed raise the cost and narrow the choice of partners.
Read more: How do I specify tight tolerances and fits?Yes. Choose the finish before you release the drawing and define type, colour (RAL code or sample), texture, masked areas and whether critical dimensions apply before or after finishing. On CNC parts, typical adders are about 10–25 % for Type II anodizing and 10–20 % for powder coating.
Read more: Can I order finishes such as anodizing or powder coating?Quotes and orders
For supported files and processes, the price appears on screen as soon as you upload the file and choose process, material and quantity. Requested documents, a certified-manufacturer requirement or other special requirements are assessed in technical review, and any extra charge needs your approval.
Read more: How long does it take to get a quote? The work needed to make the part correctly: geometry, material, quantity, setups, machine or build time, tooling, tolerances, finish, inspection, packaging and delivery. On a typical CNC quote, machine time is about 35–55 % of the price and material about 10–30 %, and every line on the quote can be expanded to see why it was added.
Read more: What determines the price of my part?It is most reliable when the file is complete and the requirements are standard. Unclear geometry, unusual materials, strict tolerances, regulated uses or requested documents can trigger a manual review that changes the price, and any extra charge needs your approval before production.
Read more: Is the instant quote final? There is no minimum quantity for CNC machining, 3D printing and sheet metal; you can order a single part. Processes that need a tool, such as injection moulding and casting, have a process minimum, which the quote shows. A single part carries the full setup cost, so ordering a few pieces at once usually lowers the unit price.
Read more: Is there a minimum order quantity?Use standard materials and finishes, relax tolerances on non-critical features, avoid deep pockets, small tools and extra setups, and allow a flexible lead time. UretyInsight can compare cheaper alternatives while keeping your critical requirements in the order scope.
Read more: How can I lower the price?A paid order is produced to its approved scope, so the practical route is to cancel the affected part and order the new revision with a new quote. Cancellation is free before a manufacturer is assigned; after that, documented costs already incurred are deducted, so act early.
Read more: Can I change my files after ordering?Yes, you can request it, but it can raise the price and narrow the choice of partners and carriers. Clean files, standard materials and finishes, an inspection scope decided at order time and quick answers to questions save the most time.
Read more: Is urgent production possible?Payment and delivery
You pay Uretyco, the seller, when you confirm the order at checkout: by card through iyzico, a licensed payment institution, or with another method offered at checkout. Uretyco never stores the full card number or CVC, and manufacturing partners never see your payment details or the price you paid.
Read more: How do I pay, and whom do I pay?Uretyco issues the invoice in the name of the individual or corporate billing profile you select; manufacturing partners never invoice customers. If details are wrong or the invoice is missing, open an invoice request on the part in the order detail.
Read more: Who issues the invoice?Payment is normally taken at order confirmation. Deferred payment terms for business customers apply only if agreed separately in writing, so contact Uretyco before ordering if your organisation needs purchase-order handling, special invoicing or contract terms.
Read more: Are deferred payment terms or purchase orders possible? It depends on process, material availability, finish, inspection scope and partner capacity, so Uretyco publishes no typical durations. The estimated delivery date shown when you order is binding, and if a delay is foreseen you receive a new date proposal.
Read more: How long does delivery take?Uretyco proposes a new delivery date on your order and explains why. If you reject it, the affected parts are cancelled and refunded in full without any deduction; if production becomes impossible, you are informed within 3 days and refunded within 14 days.
Read more: What happens if my delivery date slips?Shipping and packaging depend on size, weight and urgency and are shown at checkout before you pay. Uretyco delivers to addresses in Türkiye, ships after quality control and shows the tracking number on your order.
Read more: Is shipping included, and where do you deliver?Yes, per part from the order detail. Before a manufacturer is assigned, cancellation is free and the full amount is refunded; after that, documented costs already incurred are deducted, and you see the breakdown first. After delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.
Read more: Can I cancel my order? No. Parts made to your own files are excluded from the consumer right of withdrawal (Law No. 6502, Art. 48, and Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15(1)(b)), so there is no change-of-mind return. Your rights for defective, missing, wrong or damaged parts are never limited.
Read more: Do I have a right of withdrawal?Open a request on the part in the order detail with photos and measurements, and send nothing back until Uretyco authorises the return. For justified claims Uretyco bears all costs and repairs, remakes or refunds; consumers have no notice deadline, and business buyers inspect within 8 days of delivery.
Read more: What if a part arrives defective, missing or damaged?Always to the payment method you used, through iyzico, in one payment and at no cost to you. Uretyco starts the refund within 14 days of the cancellation approval or the decision on your claim at the latest; when it appears on your statement depends on your bank.
Read more: How and when are refunds paid?CAD files
STEP/STP is preferred for machined, moulded, cast and sheet metal parts, and the upload also accepts IGES, STL, 3MF, OBJ, PLY and other mesh formats. Use DXF for flat laser-cut parts, and add a PDF drawing for requirements the model cannot show.
Read more: Which CAD formats can I upload?Yes. Native files such as SLDPRT, IPT, CATPART, X_T, SAT and F3D are converted on Uretyco's servers for viewing and analysis. Conversion adds a short delay and older file versions can cause problems, so include a STEP export whenever you can.
Read more: Can I upload SolidWorks, Inventor or other native CAD files?Uretyco manufactures from the files you provide, so you need a 3D model, or a DXF for flat parts. A photo or sketch carries no reliable dimensions, but it is a useful appearance reference next to the model.
Read more: I do not have a CAD file. Can I order with a photo or sketch?Whenever a requirement cannot be read from the model: tolerances tighter than the defaults, threads, surface roughness, GD&T, inserts, bend direction, finish or inspection requirements. Without a drawing, Uretyco quotes the model with general tolerances and standard finishes.
Read more: When do I need a technical drawing?Only the cut geometry at 1:1 scale, in millimetres, with closed contours and no duplicate lines, title blocks, dimensions or construction lines. State material, thickness, quantity and edge requirements outside the DXF, and add a STEP model and drawing for bent parts.
Read more: What does a DXF for laser cutting need?STL or 3MF, with notes on material, finish, quantity and fit-critical dimensions. Check the units and make sure the mesh is closed, without inverted normals or open edges; a STEP file also works, because Uretyco converts it to a mesh.
Read more: Which file should I upload for 3D printing?Yes, but upload each manufactured part as its own file unless the assembly is made as one item, and mark which components are purchased or reference only. Multi-body STEP files without a clear main part make the analysis less reliable.
Read more: Can I upload an assembly?Quality control
Yes, every order. Partners send finished parts to Uretyco, where they get a visual inspection and a sample dimensional check of critical dimensions against the approved file; only approved parts are shipped, and the record is kept on your order. Parts that fail are reworked or remade before shipping.
Read more: Are my parts inspected before they are shipped?Yes, as optional documents selected and priced at quote: Certificate of Conformity, EN 10204 3.1 material certificate (2.1 or 2.2 on request), measurement or CMM report, FAIR and weld inspection. Request them with your quote, because a certificate must come from the batch actually used.
Read more: Can I get material certificates and inspection reports?Yes. For CNC and sheet metal parts you select a measurement report, CMM report or FAIR under “Inspection” on the quote screen, and the price updates. A FAIR needs a ballooned drawing in which every dimension, tolerance and note is numbered.
Read more: Can I order a CMM report or a first article inspection (FAIR)?Yes. State the required certificate, for example ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485 or IATF 16949, in the quote request. Before order confirmation Uretyco confirms whether a partner holding that certificate can be assigned; if not, no order is placed.
Read more: Can I request a certified manufacturer, such as ISO 9001?Uretyco produces to your drawings and the inspection scope you select, but it does not decide whether a part is safe or legally suitable for medical, aerospace, pressure, food-contact or other regulated uses. That decision belongs to you, your responsible engineer and the applicable standards, so state such requirements before quoting.

Apply through the partner application with your processes, machines, materials, capacity and any certificates. After a profile and capability review, you accept the Uretyco NDA and the Supplier Framework Agreement and receive quote requests that match your capabilities. Joining is free, and no commission is deducted from your accepted quote.
Read more: How do I become a manufacturing partner? No. Experienced workshops that pass Uretyco's technical review are accepted without a certificate. A certificate such as ISO 9001 is an advantage, and jobs that require a certified manufacturer go only to partners that hold it.
Read more: Do I need a certificate to become a partner?Once Uretyco quality control has approved the job, the order has been delivered and no request affecting it is open, the payout shows “Ödeme bekliyor” and you send your invoice. Uretyco pays the accepted quote by bank transfer to your Turkish IBAN within 30 days of receiving the invoice at the latest.
