Manufacturing Tolerances
Precision is non-negotiable. Our network operates on strict technical specs.
- CNC Machining: ISO 2768-m (medium) as default for non-toleranced dimensions.
- 3D Printing: Tolerances per industry-standard process capabilities (SLA/SLS/MJF).
- Sheet Metal: ISO 2768-c (coarse) for linear and angular dimensions.
- Strict adherence to specified GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Material Integrity
Material authenticity is the foundation of aeronautical and industrial reliability.
- Mandatory material certificates (Mill test reports) for all raw materials.
- Strict material segregation to prevent cross-contamination.
- Approved supplier lists for high-grade alloys and polymers.
- RoHS and REACH compliance certificates required for chemical safety.
